Excellent hotel with excellent air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff were kind to my elderly parents during our first stay, and they even remembered my breakfast choices! Highly recommend staying here for a city trip.

Loved the clean rooms with comfy mattresses that ensured a solid night's sleep. Breakfast choices stood out, offering tasty options that kept mornings enjoyable.

While the overall experience was good, the lack of a kettle for hot water was frustrating, especially when all you want is a late-night cup of tea. Internet connection dropped constantly, hindering my ability to work. Also, the entry door curtains needed cleaning, showing signs of overuse.

gatra ubud inn is close to the center, making it easy to explore. i loved the comfortable bed and clean bedding. the great shower was a highlight. the staff were lovely and made our stay enjoyable. enjoyed a massage, which was a perfect treat.
